 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our experience with VMS was fantastic! The people that I worked with during the time they had my truck were all excellent, very professional and kind (Rick, Kevin, Liz and Vicky).

My 2024 GMC 3500 was damaged by hail while on a trip (in Nebraska), I don't have the names of the people that actually did the repair work, but they did an excellent job, they restored the truck to showroom new condition; the truck had a lot of damage, real craftsmen.

I did not have experience working with VMS, so I was a bit nervous; they kept me informed as they progressed through the process, and they took care of working with my insurance company. I can't say enough good things about VMS and the people that work there, fantastic!!! I highly recommend VMS.

VMS has been consistent over the years and I've never had an issue with payment or communication with them. And they're always honest with what they can or cannot do while giving advice.

At VMS, Rick took good care of my vehicle. Liz, Rick, and their team had one of the best customer services a client can ask for. They were incredibly helpful and kept in touch throughout the entire process. They also reached out and dealt with the INS company on my behalf.
